Custom T-Shirts & Printing Services
Screen Printing
For the most cost effective way of printing your merchandise to promote your event your company or your School’s sports team. With a minimum order of 24 units we can take your idea and put it to life. The Apparel shop is Ottawa and Gatineau’s go to place for very cost effective custom apparel.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a technique of burning an image directly in to the fabric of a shirt producing high resolution, full colour images with absolutely no texture left on the clothing. Can only be used on light colour, poly materials.
Heat Press Vinyl
The method allows printing of one-off designs, making it a great alternative for printing multiple garment types. It also lets you layer vinyl, which makes it possible for you to print in different colors and create vibrant designs.
Full Colour Press
Our full colour press printer prints a layer of white ink underneath your full colour artwork allowing us to press full colour images to dark apparel. The final application is similar to a very thin vinyl or slightly thicker screen print ink.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the decorating of fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Embroidery offers great quality and durability, but is much more costly than the other options depending on size, thread count & colours.

How many shirts should I order?
We offer flexible pricing based on quantity, making it more cost-effective as your order size increases. Common quantity ranges include 20+, 50+, 100+, and bulk orders for larger projects. We always recommend ordering a few extra pieces to avoid reordering later. Adding a small number of additional shirts to your current order is much more affordable than placing a new order separately.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Screen Printing & Embroidery: Our standard turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days after design approval. If you need your order sooner, we also provide rush services depending on availability. DTG & Vinyl Printing: Smaller orders can usually be completed within 3–5 business days, making them ideal for urgent or low-quantity projects. Can I bring my own shirts for printing?
